BEST MEMORIES ARE YET TO COME

It was Saturday, September 19, 2015, as the sun rises to the west and before it shines into my face, I already prepared the things we needed for our trip. It was 6:00 when I ate my breakfast and after I took a bath then decided to go to our meeting place. As the motorcycle traveled its way I was a bit excited knowing what would be the outcome of this exciting day. It was quarter to 7 o’clock when I arrived at BSU-TEC. My classmates were already there with smiles in their faces. I can feel the atmosphere of excitement during that time. We rode a jeepney and it was 7:30 A.M. when we start our journey.

            As we were inside the jeepney, we were being noisy. Laughters because of jokes dominated inside the jeepney. We are being excited. I was about to sleep but then, I couldn’t because it seemed that my friends were on its maximum level of energy. They seemed to be very energetic. We were shouting and screaming. We didn’t notice the time and it was around 8:00 A.M. upon arriving Xavier Estates Sports Club, I was definitely excited. As I stepped into the sports Club I could feel the friendly and refreshing atmosphere. We roamed around to their club. We’ve seen furniture with the different designs. We also went to their restaurant and swimming area. The pool was very big slides with slides. After roaming around we then finally decided to the Bowling Area. There, we also saw a billiard and act that we know how to play with it. The place is air conditioned and would give the players a refreshment as they will play inside the Sports Club. I then noticed the bowling ball. I thought that it was just very light but then I was wrong because It was very heavy weighing 6-7 kilos. I then wore a bowling shoes and got ready for it was already playing time. On my first attempt, it was not that bad because I scored 5 which is for me a success because I was just a beginner. I played and played for how many attempts. Even though I already felt tired I still play. I was very enjoyed during that time.

I went to the comfort room and change my clothes because it was wet due to my sweat. It was exactly 10:45 in the morning when we decided to leave the Sports Club and start a new tour. We ended up there with smiles on our faces. It was around 11 in the morning when we arrived at Museo de Oro. We had been oriented by the "does and don'ts as we were inside the museum. We had been divided into 2 groups due to our population and so that we wouldn't be crowded. There were three stations. One is the Ethnics of Mindanao so as the Founder of the Museum.

It was quarter to 12 when we leave the museum. It was very interesting and it also gave me knowledge about Mindanao. After our tour since we were very hungry we then decided to take our lunch and after that we went to SM Mall. It was around 1:30 in the afternoon when we start our destination going to SM. We roamed around the mall and enjoyed every moment staying there. I bought foods and books. We are so busy zooming around. We ended our stay in the mall around 3:00 and after that we rode again a jeepney going home. I arrived home at 4:00 and thank God that we were safe and sound. It was really a day very well spent. A day that is very memorable. The pictures that we took during our trip just proved how happy I was during that day. That was indeed a very memorable day to be treasured.

TCES BEAUTIFICATION OF FRONT AREA

It was Saturday, August 1, 2015 when the courses Bachelor in Elementary Education and Bachelor in Public Administration work as one to clean up Talakag Central Elementary School's front area. Our instructor, Ms. Charlyn T. Boctot headed us and divided us into groups. Each group is assigned to clean a specific area. We started cleaning at around 7:00 o'clock in the morning. The two degrees participated in cleaning. Using materials such as bolo, dust pan, grass cutter, sack and stick broom made the clean-up possible. We also planted several kinds of plants and cultivated the soil so that the plants we planted will grow healthy.

            These also would make the school more attractive to its sight.  We don’t care about te sunlight that strikes to our skin. What is in our mind is to finish our tasks. Until the garbage truck came on its way and collected the garbage we gathered. We were not much that affected to the sunlight because also we wore appropriate kind of clothes such as jackets and hats. We could really felt that we were being sweaty but we don’t care that much. Everyone is very busy cleaning with their areas. I could sense somewhat like a unity between the two degree because they were helping one another in making TCES’ front area refreshing to our sight.

            After cultivating the soil, we also used rocks as a design. We arranged several numbers of small rocks in the area and then planted the flowers that we gathered from our houses. Then the time came that everything was done I could really see the difference from the point that we still didn’t start cleaning. There was also a refreshment.

It was around 11:oo A.M. when we finished the beautification. After such activity, we felt very relieved and also successful that we had help our school. Even though it was a part of our subject, we’ve done it not because we are just forced to but because we want to.

How can I say that we're inlove if you are a million light years away from me? How can I say that we can be together if I myself don't know what I'm feeling? How can a guy like you could love me the way I love you? How could you Love me if you can't see me? How does this feeling grow that surely made me glow? How? How? Oh, please! TELL ME HOW?

Hi crush :)

This is supposed to be yesterday. Ugh! My crush who courted me when I was still in Cagayan de Oro visited our house yesterday :0 amazing right? I was being dumbfounded seeing him yesterday. It's just that all the memories flash back. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrgggh! that day, I came from Cagayan de Oro having our Bowling at Xavier Sports Club, Museo de Oro and to our last trip which is in SM Mall. I was going home when one of our neighbor said that we have visitors. When i was about to step in in our house I can already sense that there is really something wrong. They're being noisy. When I arrived in our door. I saw them seating in our balcony. and when i entered our house my aunt said that my crush' sister is in the kitchen. With my surprise, ugh! I see him. Yes him! He is so gwapooooo. Gaaaahd! HAHAHHA I badly missed him. but I really need to sleep. so many things to do for tomorrow. loaded schedules practices and requirements so goodnight :) #JD

Featuring Bulao Spring at Talakag, Bukidnon

Lihim na Paraiso sa Pusod ng Kagubatan

Isang lihim at nakatagong lugar sa gitna ng kakahuyan. Isang kagubatang maituturing kong paraiso. Huni at pagaspas ng mga pakpak ng mga ibon ang musika na mariring sa lugar na tila ba  nagpapagaan ng kalooban. Sino bang mag-aakala na sa dalawampu't siyam na barangay ng Talakag ay may tanawing kakaiba? Kakaiba ang taglay na alindog at ganda at pambihira ang angkin nitong kariktan? Ito ay ang mapang-akit na Bukal ng Bulao na nakahimlay sa pusod ng kagubatan ng Bulao, San Isidro, Talakag, Bukidnon. Ito ay may layo na tatlong kilometro mula sa Bulwagang Barangay ng San Isidro.

Tag-init noon, kami ng aking mga kaklase ay nagpasyang pumunta sa Bukal ng Bulao upang magsaya. Papunta pa lamang kami ay bakas na sa aming dinadaanan ang maaliwalas na kapaligirang nababalot ng mga punongkahoy at tanim. Bago ka makakarating sa paraisong aking tinutukoy ay kailangan mo munang magsakripisyo. Kailangan mo munang dumaan sa isang daanang wari’y isang pampang na sa isang pagkakamali mo lang sa pagtapak o kapag ikaw ay nadulas ay maari ka nang dumaosdos paibaba at maaari magkabali-bali ang iyong buto. Hindi alintana ang panganib ay patuloy pa rin ang aming destinasyon. Puno ng kahoy ang paligid, wala kang makikitang mga matataas na gusali at ang huni lang ng ibon at lagapak ng aming mga paa ang maririnig. Hanggang sa nakaabot na nga kami. Lagpas oras ang aming paglalakad ngunit bawing-bawi naman pagkarating mo sa lugar.

            Sa pagkarating ko sa lugar ay biglang nawala ang pagod na aking naramdaman ito ay napalitan ng kasiyahan at kagalakan. Napatingin ako sa paligid. Ang ganda ganda ng kapaligiran. Wala kang ingay na maririnig na yaong masakit sa tainga para bang ako ay nakalutang dahil sa kagalakan. Mga nagtataasang kahoy lamang ang iyong makikita. Ang lamig-lamig ng tubig na waring nilagyan ng isang sako ng yelo ang katubigan. Ang tubig din doon ay maiinom. Bukod rito, ito ay nakawawala rin ng pagod, ang sarap-sarap sa pakiramdam. Mayroon ding naglalakihang mga bato na siyang mas nagbibigay kulay sa bukal. Wari’y ang mga bato ay naihanay nang maayos upang maging disenyo sa bukal.  Di gaanong malalim ang malakristal na tubig. Mayroong hanggang tuhod at mayroon namang hanggang sa balikat lang. Walang malulunod at ang lugar ay ligtas. Wala kang problema na iintindihin sadyang ang saya lang talaga. Napawi ang lahat ng sakit na aking naramdaman. Paraiso ko itong maituturing. Isang lugar na napakaganda, kasiya-siya, at kaaya-aya. Isang pook na itinuturing na paraiso ng Talakag. Isa rin ito sa mga dahilan na masasabi talagang, “Mas Masaya sa Pilipinas”!
